Up for grabs is my one owner X1 in white only done 11000 miles but may go up slightly. Some extras are carbon tank panels and induction with k&n filter, Wylieco exhaust, fender extender, chrome clock bezels, pm wheels and stove enamelled frame. New front brake disc and tyres. Sick of dealers offering pocket money part ex prices so have bought privately and now looking for a good home for a top bike. Offers invited but sorry no part ex or swaps. Bike located in North Shropshire handy for M6 and M54.

Hmmm, expectation and reality might not be compatible eh? If I was in the market and came across a nice late bike in an unmolested condition I'd snap it up. They're a bike for life, unlike the following generations, it has to be said.

Do you have the non PM wheels, and does the Maxton sticker denote any suspension tuning?

The bike originally had wheels colour matched to the frame but I had them swapped for the pm's before I took delivery. The sticker is only there because we had Maxton on our race bikes and the colour of the writing almost matches the frame.
It also has the " European" rear pulley to slightly lower the gearing.
As for price...I know what it is worth to me and no-one is going to pay that much but if someone wants it enough to pay sensible money then we can talk.
Adam your friend at the canal side cafe saw it a few weeks ago and may remember it as we called on a day when he was not open but he offered us an ice cream because it was sweltering. We carried on to the cafe on the industrial estate.

I don't know what I fitted then but it definitely lowered the final drive gearing!

Now on eBay with a buy it now of £3750. I had an offer of £2500 almost straight away but I want more than that. I also have someone from abroad nibbling but he is starting to do my head in so the price will likely go up to him. I have very little patience with messers.

Well 5 days in and over 900 views, 58 watching and one cheeky offer. Buells are more popular than I thought but so far nobody wants to open their wallet wide enough to buy it. I do have plan "B" and plan "C" up my sleeve though.
