22.2mm is 7/8", but some bikes, such as Beemers need 22mm exactly, as the handlebar jewellery is bored out to 22mm and they don't split in half, you have to slide the bars in. So when an ad says 22mm/7/8", they generally mean 22.2mm/ 7/8". When an ad only mentions 22mm, then they are generally 22mm exactly (unless painted). Although saying that, I have a set of Biltwell frisco bars that are painted black, and are still exactly 22mm. They fit the Beemer, but a K100 looks a bit silly with Frisco bars.

:rotfl: :rotfl: Yer killin' me! I'm at my desk; folks are starting to cast guarded glances my way because they want to know what's so funny.

If this keeps up the moderators will need to create a humor forum! And folks over here say the British have no sense of humor.

"What" we invented humour mate and spell it right,

Okay our humour may be more lavatorial and near the bone, but you are looking at a nation that gave the world Python and the Goons.

But he is right Bonzo, Frisco's on a K100 :D
Good bikes though just got rid of my K100LT after many years

You should have been here before Facebook!...it was hilarious, but now we are not allowed to display too much humour here (according to "Snowflake" their residing troll)
