So if you're interested on making a bid on the blanket. This will be a blind auction.

Interested bidders should submit me (delw) a PM via this forum detailing your opening bid, your maximum bid, and your preferred incremental bid amount.
All bids to be received by 6pm Fri 6th Dec.
All bidders will receive back a unique bidder number.
Bidders who submit a non-unique maximum bid will be invited individually to alter their maximum bid.

I will have a spreadsheet on which I will store the above info and will run the auction.

After the above cut-off time on 6th Dec, I will run the auction, starting at the highest opening bid and applying the incremental bid amounts until all but one bidder has surpassed their maximum bid.

At midnight on Fri 6th Dec I will update on this forum the unique bidder number of the highest bidder and invite new (unique) maximum bids from all registered bidders. These must be received by 4pm on Sat 7th Dec.
The auction will then restart to find the winning high bidder.

The identity of the winning high bidder and the winning bid amount will then be revealed during Sproutfest (after dinner) and shared via general post on this forum.

To rub your lucky rabbits feet, delve for those lost pennies behind the sofa and dream of how warm you'll be with this blanket draped over you.

Overseas bidders are not discouraged but be advised that this is fairly bulky and weighs 11lbs (5.5kg) and if submitting a winning bid, will be expected to cover the additional postage cost.

Phew, that's a relief.
Remember tho Gusm2 and Finnmows.
It's a blind audition and you need to submit opening bid, incremental bid and max bid to me via PM
See above :)

Bidder 17, you are high bidder.
All bidders are now invited, should they wish, to increase their maximum bid. Changes to maximum bid via PM to me not later than 4pm, 7th Dec please.

£1/hr. Don't the 10 year old Chinese factory workers make more than that these days? ;)
