It was well attended here in Pembrokeshire last few years, but it would appear that it will not happen this time. :sad1:

I think they move them around as they don't have "official police" approval for the routes
that's why the exact route is only emailed to those taking part :yup:

I always, from reading the website, thought that events are entirely dependent on having an organiser/sponsor. Access to route details is openly available once you have registered and committed to that run. The Rhyl DGR has always followed the same, somewhat short route, by committing to a run your sponsorship money is channelled directly to DGR. Open route details would encourage freeloaders only along for the ride, as it is I counted more bikes than registered participants last time I went.

I think I’m gonna be doing it this year but on the Spitfire Scrambler. Last time I did it was on the X1.

Possibly 3 teams , Idea was to pick a date for the calendar and then Southern softies could meet up local to them as could the Northern monkeys , just leave us marvellous Midlander’s to sort ourselves out :yup:
Probably get a better turn out that way than trying to all meet up at one place

Now when you say north - clearly you mean Northern England and not God's country?

Pretty sure the only places they do it up here is Glasgow and Edinburgh. I did Edinburgh last time so Glasgow for me this time :D

Last years run I chose went from the British motor museum at Gaydon, through leamington, Warwick, Coventry and ended up at the Triumph factory in Hinkley.....but cant remember if that was leamington or Coventry labelled ride!....neither are listed for 2019 yet
