Nothing radically new yet then.
I sometimes contemplate getting a group to all meditate at a prearranged time to cause time to stand still or something like that. The main problem with this at the moment is that you need an electronic clock that everyone can see at a distance of less than 2 metres!
And that doesn’t solve any problems as it’s only the clock that stops and it’s just a party trick......if you can actually get a result.
I find that the best time to formulate ideas is early in the morning. You get truth in the morning. Like if you ever had a one night stand and you wake up and wonder what you were thinking the night before!
Interesting, but l’m not sure what experiment that would be. I don’t think we could stop all time or the master clock for our collective mobiles. Some experiments have been done with one person trying to stall an atomic clock with a positive result in the experiment l saw, if only 2 or 3 thousandths of a second.
This is purely conjecture, but if telekinesis is possible, on a scale of 0 to 100 l would place the energy required to bend a spoon at 95, melting metal 100, but stopping an electronic device such as a weak atomic decay clock metre at a mere 5 on the same scale. We have a long way to go, or you need a lot of extremely well focussed people.
Psychometry or the reading of minds through holding objects belonging to a subject person probably owes more to ultra low energy impulses or residue left in inanimate objects which have been in close proximity to that person for long periods. This may be why psychics ask to hold your keys, or a watch, or item of jewellery.
For all the above l find Darren brown really interesting in his ability to affect other people in proximity. I think he is a bit dishonest not because they are tricks, but because he claims trickery when he may actually be doing it for real!
As for Uri Geller, l just don’t know. Much of what he claims appears to be the trick of self promotion and pure bunk, while other things he does and says have parallels to my own teachers of spiritualism and healing.
