There appears to be no end to this Snowflake mentality I watched an episode of Porridge last night, and had to be warned by the announcer that the content of the program was frm a different time and might cause offence  It's about time these tossers woke up to the fact that All Lives Matter

"people of colour" how fucking offensive is that term?
Same as this "black"....if they want to be so correct...then they are brown (of differing shades)

And "taking a knee" can fuck off.....I kneel for NO ONE! (OK that's arguable and price dependant) ;)

Just imagine the backlash if they did a rerun of “till death us do part “with Alf Garnet

What these utter fuckwits fail to realise, is that 'Till Death Us Do Part' was actually mocking racists.

As was ‘Love Thy Neighbour’. A good piece of social observation. :old:

I also thought Barbie was a bit tasty! ;)

Hi Folks,
Listen this is just my point of view & doesn't represent UKBEG blah di blah.
The thing I really don't understand is, why people are taking a knee, rioting, demonstrating, pulling down our British Heritage and other pointless Shit.
When instead.
If they really gave a tinkers cuss they could donate their wages or go & help out by volunteering in Africa/China/Greece/Egypt/Jamaica/Caribbean or where ever the F**k they think was effected by what we did in our past and do something positive.
I wish they would just F**k off with their bleating & blaming as it wasn't F****n' me!
There, said it, don't know if it was racist or any other-ist, but I'm F****n' sick of it. JB

Sadly rioters and looters jump on bandwagons and exploit them, much like far right and far left groups do. Consumer groups hold real power, a pity very few realise it. Hit companies in the pocket and you will see real change, not a token gesture of removing a statue.

Social media has a lot to answer for. I know some teenagers who are social media victims. When l dared to remark that ALL lives matter, l was accused of being racist!

In another incident l asked the youngsters, admittedly in a sarcastic tone, what a group of particularly irritating and vacuous video presenters were good for? The immediate reply was that they had 70 million followers and that they were Yutube millionaires! :(
Meaning that there are 70 million idiots who log on to these morons? of course the real shame is that the presenters were only being credited for how popular they were rather than what positive or creative genius they might have brought to the world. So much for critical thinking!

So will these teens be Snowflakes of the future? Maybe, but l enjoy telling them how things we’re in my youth with the most shocking stories l can think of. One of my favourites was showing them the caning scene in the film ‘If’ on Yutube and saying that’s exactly how it happened at my school in the early 70s. ;)

“Eee by gum! Try telling that to young people today! “. lOl

Winston Churchill may well have had a point

You have weird friends! lOl

But seriously, caning at my school involved the ‘victim’, or naughty boy having to walk to which ever boarding house the cane and punishment log book were being kept for that month to collect and carry back to the master who would carry out the task. Like the walk of shame!

Caning took place in the senior dormitory, so we would gather at the stairs below to listen and count the number of ‘cuts’. Stirling stuff, especially if the boy could bravely walk away, eyes only smarting.
