Got to agree, a good band is brilliant, a bad piper is worse than listening to "God Save the Queen" with its "rebellious Scots to crush" verse.

Anyone who is playing bagpipes should be shot on sight.
Seems like a good outdoor sport in the summer and no reason why it should not become an indoor sport in the winter.
