Afternoon all, first post etc.
Finally got me a 2005 uly after years of wanting a lightning, so happy with it.

Had a few issues with the electrickery but will get there in the end eh.
Anyone had any issues with it not starting, then starting randomly, cutting out then back in, etc? I think its ignition switch or kill switch, any other suggestions?

could also be side stand switch / clutch switch ,if not already bypassed , oil pressure switch bad earth for starter relay, HT coils/ wires shorted out under air filter base . ECU plug / terminal damaged bent by lack of clearance to seat , wire broke in loom by headstock area

headstock area cables, stretched tight ,maybe broken inside insulation
intermittent faults are the worst type
