We made it out, a complete household, 2 bikes, 2 adults, 1 stroppy 8 year old and 2 dogs. Paparazzi at Devils Bridge added to delay, Sweety and Leilu are such photo whores but got to Filling Station Cafe in Keswick just in time to see other Buelligans (getting ready to leave). Good job you're friendly enough to hang around a little longer for chit chat.

Hi and hope all's well
Due to the enforcement of the "Rule of 6" starting today, am postponing the suggested meet-up at The Picnic Kiosk, Willingham Woods that I'd put on the calendar for Sat 19th Sept.

Let's see what what the next few weeks bring and hopefully we can have a Indian Summer meetup on Sat 17th Oct.

Where-ever you're out riding, have fun.

What's the official line from Dave and Julie at Northants v twin for this Sunday's Jack's hill cafe meet. If an individual rides down for a bacon butty and a brew is it likely other may do the same thing ?

I thought that Dave and Julie had cancelled all meetings due to covid .
with the new rules ( the rule of 6) organiser's can get a £10,000 fine and people who turn up £100 fine .
saying that I shall probably go to the ponderosa thursday or friday , should be quiet mid week :yup:

There's a single track road that starts SE of the actual pass they fly through, and you just walk across a flatish field to get to viewing area. Continue along this road and you can get back to Cross Foxes, through a lot of forestry any beautiful mountain scenery.
