I'm in college this week doing a Mechanical Engineering module, exam tomorrow morning and then a wee bit of packing and a razz up to Cumbria, will be a brilliant way to chill and wind down after a fairly pressured week!!!!

Myself and Ms Lima will be setting off from Ponte somewhere between 5 and 6pm to head up the A1 and along the A66. Dunno if anyone will be passing around that time, but if you are we could form a convoy....

I spent the first night of my honeymoon in a van parked at the top of the Kirkstone Pass so I could be up early to go climbing with some mates the next morning 8-)

Luggage all packed and ready to go ...

We've got tomorrow off so we can have an easy ride up there and visit some of our favourite areas in the Southern Lakes, before going up to Kirkstone Pass and Brotherswater.

We can't wait, a weekend with good friends, good food, good roads and hopefully, some good weather :sun:..
