Meet up with like minded souls at The White Hart, Cadnam, on Wednesday 16th August from 6pm onwards.
Ride, drive, fly or walk, you'll be met with the same derisory comments anyway.
The burgers are good and the beer puts hairs on your chest.
There's a rumour that Erik will attend, but don't hold me to that....

See you there. :yup: :sun: :sun:

Thanks to everyone who made the effort tonight. 8-)
Erik never showed, but we were graced by the presence of the Captain of HMS Queen Elizabeth instead... :rotfl:
It was the best turn out of the year, with around 25 peeps from as far as Brighton and Bucks. :sun: :sun:
A great evening in the best of company. :yup: :4roz:

See you next month. :yup:

The South's gonna Rise again :old:
Whoops a bit un-PC with Trump. :headbang:
Fantastic turnout and great to see Colin, Sue and Mich after so long and lovely to meet Vicki and her dog. Good effort Debbie on the long trip down on the KTM and hopefully the candle on the front of Garry's bike didn't blow out on the way back. Another epic trip down on the bike for Steve too. :worthy:
Glad you got back in the end Jill, it's a shame an electrical engineer couldn't help :D
Here's to the next one :yup:

Looks like it was a dodgy connection to the rectifier, but going to have a good look at everything this weekend. Steve Loxton has sent me an email with a way to check the bike without using ECMSPY which I have had problems downloading. We will see what faults this method will find. Thanks Steve.

The AA guy was great and knew what he was looking for. He disconnected the rectifier, checked the connectors etc and reconnected it, then it started charging again. Hoping this was the fault and not needing a new rectifier..... (I know this is a common fault with XB's)

BTW Beef....it wasn't anything to do with me not pushing the starter button hard enough.......!!! :ner: :yup:

I was sorry to miss this one. I was in the Cote d'Azur at Hells Week getting alternately pissed on by torrential rain, then scorched under clear blue skies but managed to complete a 2000 mile trip up and down the length of France without once trespassing on the dreaded Peage. Masses of twisty empty roads and back lanes, all motorists diving out the way of the bikes to let us pass, bliss. Why can't it be like that here?
Hope to make the next one :D
