Sorry I was one of those that turned up without a Buell but thanks for putting the 'do' on and for a lovely burger after several hours in the saddle. Nice empty roads, relative to a normal Saturday, on the way home too!

Sorry I wasn't there. I had to participate in the scattering of some ashes of a friend who was taken too young.

The guy from the northeast with the 'ahem' fruity sounding 1190 RX that wanted to go back to holmefirth expected to go back the way he came down the isle of Skye road. But I took him back the scenic route. Up woodhead and up the bloody big hill past the holmemoss aerial. If you're reading this I hope you don't mind. I love that road :yup:

Good on yer Dave for giving a tour of the northern Peak District.

Leilu (small dog, Sweety's (the other really small dog that sometimes accompanies us) daughter) and Carrianne (small child) had a wonderful day with a first visit to meeting up with some of the Buell fraternity. Both were remarkably well behaved. Sausages and Burgers help.
We had to have a impromptu stop atop Saddleworth on the way home when Carrianne fell asleep whilst on pillion duty.
Some lout called out, "family outing eh!, do you want to know the score?", "no thanks" we replied. "Well I'll tell you anyway.....". Thankfully he didn't toss his tab end on to the heather.

Great to see everyone and thanks to Maz for keeping me caffeinated after a night shift (even if he did moan a lot about the state the sink was getting in), and ta to the barbecue operators for the excellent nosh :D

Sorry for turning up on a non-Erik motorcycle, but the M2 is currently refusing to acknowledge the existence of any gear above 2nd :| .. and it's a bit hazy on the subject of Neutral too :?

OMG that’s seriously scary, the what if’s and the consequences don’t bear thinking about, glad everyone’s ok, see you at Adams.
