It's 5 1/2 years now since I was a Harley dealer but, at that time, I could enter a VIN No into H-DEnet (the dealership online tool) and it would bring up a lot of specific vehicle details including the key number. We could then order a key with that particular key number.

If they're still available I'm sure Riders in Bristol would help.

I went into West coast Harley today with my V5, the parts guy looked it up on his computer , found the number ordered me a key no problem, he said he can get me any parts if they are still available. It would appear that it depends on who you ask as all the Harley dealers should have access to this and some obviously cant be arsed unless you are buying a new bike from them.
