I'm looking at upgrading my front disc on my 96 S1, most of the replacement discs are listed as after 98, is there a difference or is it just the type of bolts, so would using bolts from a 98 with a 98 disc fit straight on.

All tuber discs are the same nominal dimensions from 96 to 02. The difference in fitting is going from countersunk screws to Torx dome head, which are better. The EBC Pro-Lite is the people’s choice, MD734RS being the later fitting.
