Hi Folks,
Well today I decided enough was enough, The sun was shining ish, I owed Maz some money, my forks needed testing out & what better way I thought than a run over the Snake Pass to Maz's Emporium to pay what I owed & try them out.
First off I was watching the performance of the forks but as soon as I got out on the open roads & bends I found I was actually enjoying the ride rather than thinking about them, they were just doing what they should. This is on the settings Maz did after looking at my skinny frame for a second or two. Pretty much as I would have liked to set them up myself (but would've taken me an absolute age), I have no inclination to fidget with them at all. Nice one Maz.
Anyway the ride was a blast, the Snake Pass never disappoints, not sure how many miles it was but took an hour & a quarter ish to get to The Emporium. Maz looked pleased to see me Heh Heh, he looked suitably knocked out of his usual routine by me dropping in un-announced & eventually told me to shut up as I was gassing like an old croak. So I drank my coffee quietlier ish then paid what was due & also bought a set of front pads. Maz say's by the way those brake pads will generate more heat into your caliper so use this brake fluid 5.1, it'll stop it boiling. Top Tip, So I'll change that when I'm doing the Stainless Banjos, front brake pipe with stainless ends & Pads later this week.
Anyway, after some coaxing, I managed to get Maz to come outside & have a look at my 1125r, this was despite his I've seen 'em all before comments etc. Well, do you know what? There's sometimes a bonding moment between two people when you can just tell what someone else's thinking, yeah, you know don't you? it was that kind of moment.

Well you can F**k off Maz you're not having my 1125r for your collection Heh Heh.

Finally I stalled my F****n' bike 3 times outside his Emporium as I had forgotten to put the side stand up, Bollox. This also brought to my attention that my battery isn't up to a few starts one after the other, Double bollox.

Thanks Steve, and there's a yellow light on the dash when you let the clutch out telling you what you're doing wrong as well.
Didn't notice it until after my third attempt.
Maz says he locked the doors but really he was busy cleaning out the ashtrays heh heh.
