Hi guys is there anything I can put in my tyres to help stop puncture's, cant really put fluid in as it would throw the wheel out of balance, or would it! your thoughts please.

You can get stuff like Slime that seals punctures up to a certain size as they occur. Makes you very unpopular with tyre fitters though. ;)
