give it a few more months ,kids back at school / uni , covid cases rising , more local lockdowns , furlough scheme coming to an end / redundancy’s rising
then it could be the worst time to sell :sad1:

Facebook UKBEG Group. It's far more busy than here. Surprising, there's still quite a few long time members posting there who haven't been here in years.

It's the reverse over here. Bike shops can't get new bikes, all on back order for months. Loads of returnee West Australians, folk with nothing to do. 2nd hand bikes of any sort are currently fetching a premium. I've just sold a 2012 CF650NK for $1000 more than I paid for it 2 years ago lOl

And that's exactly what's happening in the UK as well 8-) I work part time now for various dealers when they're short handed or really busy. The factories have been shut down or running at reduced rate and stock is really hard to come by. Good quality second hand machines are also at a premium. Part of the increased demand is from people seeking an alternative to public transport but the majority seems to be people who are more aware of their mortality deciding to do those things they have always wanted to do before it's too late :D

My Triumph/Ducati dealer has pretty much shifted all their new bikes for the foreseeable future and only have a few second handers. They’ve never been so busy. Bonkers :old:

One of my guys at work has had to get a bike from down south and has waited for yonks for a test. The riding schools and test centres have been booked solid for ages. Got to be good for the future I guess :yup:

I have no doubt what you say is true Steve, good to hear you are still working too! But, Buells aren't moving... We buy any bike just robbed my yard :sad1:

I listed this for them to make an offer better than the original £1380...they did offer more, slightly :(

I left the ad up for the 10 days to see if there were any bites...there were not.

The collection guy told me this bike will be sold at a dealer... If anyone is thinking of buying this please PM me.
