Regarding response to e-mails. You wouldn't have heard back this past week. They've all been at Bonneville Salt Flats. They'll be back today most likely and will catch you up. I see no reason for them to not stand by their work.

I've installed a dozen 1050 kits from Hammer over the past five years onto older non-FI models but not a 1275. Every one had the pistons and rings matched and they measured good. A real shame that this particular set looks like it does.

I'd never met Dan Norlin but Aaron Wilson and I go back 20 years. It's mostly Dan and his team doing the work. Aaron is not as involved as he used to be. He's more developmental and on the tech side and programming of machinery. But If I'm going to trust anyone with a Buell in their hands, it's Aaron. But as I said, he's not involved in the day-to-day anymore.

Bonneville salt flats is a long way from the UK

I assume the barrels were bored correctly using compression plates?

:yup: for an old school teacher you know a thing or too ;)

The barrels and pistons came as a bolt on set ready to go.
CCM R30 used to have one great fun toy.
