Same as the XB (but both front and rear axles are left hand threads on an 1125) - see the How To section

How many miles did you get out of the tyres?

Got about 6,500 miles out of the Corsas on my R :oooops: , but the Road Attack's that I've replaced them with don't look as if they'll last as long ... ;) 8-)

Did have a couple of moments with the Pirellis though, so I lost a little confidence in them - but I feel much happier with the Contis, obviously it's all in the mind as they say that there is little to choose between any modern tyre ... :o

I got 4500 out of the corsa's before the brading was showing round the middle.

Done just over 2k on the Power 2CT's but I reckon if I do another trackday on them (done 2 so far) I'll be down to the wear bars on the side of the back tyre.

Hi guys, girls. on my 1125r I got 3000mls out of the rear Corsa 3 down to the canvas, with the front becoming very edgy. dont like the feel of them and will be getting a set of pilot Road 2s when I get my bike back from the dealers awaiting volt reg/stator repair, been waiting 2wks no joy yet getting a bit pissed off. Any way getting back to tyres, I had road 2s on my Superduke & my Brutale they performed very well with about 4500-5000mls never let go once expensive but excellent tyre hope this info helps someone. Regards Lou

Maybe its just me but I have found vast difs in rubber on my bikes. More so on the Uly than most and would say, due to design, the short base/steep angle of the other XBs could be even be worse without the right rubber/setup. Get it right though and it is the best.

Many do not get to the point of being able to feel the limits of suspension, rubber and frame or mix of either to be able tell what is going on with anything.

Yeah I got 3K out of the Pirelli's and didn't like them at all.
Had them replaced today with Bridgestone 020's.
The bike shop couldn't change the rear tyre as the wheel didn't fit on there tyre machine so took the rear wheel to the Harley dealer to get fitted.
Neither of them could balance them as the wheel didn't fit on the machine at the bike shop and the one at the Harley shop was broken. :o
