I have investigated this before but was never convinced. Any recommendations for luggage for the Uly that doesn't include the standard H&B setup. Soft luggage is preferable.

Standard H&B gear is superb.
Soft luggage burns holes in your jeans.
Don't ask me how I know.

It's a personal preference and why I sold my H&B panniers to Charlie days before JoGLE :headbang: .
Anyway back on track who uses/recommends what apart from H&B.

if you're really going to ignore Digger's an my recommendation to buy the H & B stuff then go metal mule, if you want to take the soft option then get the frame work for H & B and use them to stop the soft stuff rubbing your tyres.

If you're going to ignore us further then get the soft ones and run a ratchet strap from the passenger footrest to the handle on the tail tidy to prevent the panniers rubbing the tyre when you tilt her over.

I've been looking at fitting peli cases to my uly and ktm as the HB's i have for KTM are huge they are available in this country for about 90 to 100 per case its just the fitting kit i need to source the ones from usa turn out quite exy once duty etc is paid so maybe if you look as well could come up wif an answer Peli cases available from jit-pak.co.uk plus a few others waterproof-Cases .co.uk have them on offer
