I have a new Holtworks alloy tank for my S1 which I am about to fit.
I need to reuse the original Buell filler cap assembly from my old plastic tank and I'm wondering if I should reuse the rubber filler funnel / shroud that is part of the existing plastic Buell tank.
The Holtworks tank has a cork gasket so I don't think I need the rubber part to get a seal, I think it is designed to prevent overfilling the tank?
What has anyone else done?
