Hi,
possibly a simple question for someone.
Will an after market exhaust from a 2009 XB12SS fit onto a 2005 XB9SX City ?

I'm assuming the inlet diameter will be different and possibly the inlet stub angle, but I would expect that the mounting points and lugs for the chin spoiler would be in the same position.

Only reason to ask is that there is a 2nd hand one for sale but I'm thinking that trying to modify it to fit would be tricky.

simple answer is no
as you say inlet dia is different as is inlet angle, not really interchangeable

If you can find some 12 headers they will mount straight onto your 9 heads then it'll fit
