I have been trying to get hold of a front caliper rebuild kit for the XB but HD do not have any stock until Jan 2021 and Twin Motorcycles don't have stock either. Does anyone know of another supplier for ZTL rebuild kits?

Northants V Twin soon found one for me,cost about £100 but great service.You could go St Paul Harley Davidson as they seem to have nearly everything,if no luck in the UK.

If I could get hold of a spare or u/s caliper or even just the guts (seals, pistons etc) I know of a company in the UK that will match them but they dont have spec sheets and dimensions for them so need orignals to compare
