hi everyone i need a rear paddock stand for my 56 plate xb12r so i can remove wheel whicj is the best one that fits ?

But if you have the paddock stands you can do it yourself, after reading the how to section of course. Then if the bearings fail, or the belt breaks, you only have yourself to blame, and you get it right next time :P
