Have a front engine pulley, with rotor, and primary chain also a complete clutch plate set from a 30,000 mile 2009 XB12XT if anyone would like them for postage and a donation to the running of this excellent site.

Regular oil changes and only had to adjust the chain once shortly after I bought it (14,000m). But that was using Harley oil. Changed to Mogul 7100 and not adjusted it since... Much better gear change/ neutral finding etc.

Anyhoo recently fitted a new clutch kit as thought it was giving problems and while I was in there fitted a 900 front engine pulley and chain so my 2009 XT was not such a pain in traffic etc (wish I had done this before..... Brilliant.... Pulls clean from 15/ 1800 revs and so much smoother to ride... No noticeable change in fuel economy either.

Turned out the starter spray clutch was the real problem but its all sorted now.
