Bored of being admin of this place with people forgetting userids, forgetting passwords, spammers needing to be filtered out. Doesn't sound a lot but it all takes time, UKBEG and another Buell related site where people can't follow instructions...

So yeah, a bad day at work cos I hate my job coupled with the admin burden. You did ask...

Noted and I realise that these places take a lot of work to maintain. We appreciate it Pash.

And while social stuff works well on FB, it ain't that great for grouping of threads and searching stuff.....though I suspect, despite his feeling towards it that :maz: business has benefited from Pete's efforts with the surrogate FB site :D

Don't shut it down. It is still running, albeit slightly quieter than before but still relevant...!!!

I understand your concern for Nick. I worry about him too. (Same as Ash suffered) It is stressful being responsible for running a site like this. These people don't get the respect they deserve.
I do believe though that there is still a need for this site. :yup:

I am not looking for sympathy, just answering the question which was triggered by a question which was an attempt to help Jez sell his stuff...

This is a nice place, it is well moderated in terms of responses to questions, Facebook on the other hand is full of bad advice...

OK following a swap of weekend activities I will be at the 'do' on Saturday, probably around 1100 and will bring with me:

- Swingarm and axle (if my large courier bag will fit it in) for DaveH
- Levers for RDave
- Ignition covers for Dread

Jez don't worry about getting the swing arm down on saturday if you're riding. I won't be doing anything with it this side of christmas. If you've got to come through glossop or are anywhere near Maz's gaff in the car throw it in then and drop me a txt.........Dave
