Good point daywalker, offer on table is £4900.00 for the bike on its own after lots of discussion and heart felt consideration, less than I wanted, £5k was my initial minimum, but, the best offer made and if later sales made on parts left could claw back a bit more. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. :yup:

S2 now currently not for sale- after a weekend away in France, this is far too special :sun:
and unlike the S1 and X1 recently sold cannot be replaced

Great news! I sold my S2 some years back and have regretted it ever since....I've got a nice M2 now which is probably more practical for me and better suits my needs but I still have a huge soft spot for these....and yours is absolutely gorgeous....would have been heartbreaking to see that broken up....and as you say, they aren't easily replaced unless you're willing to import....

yes, I got my head together on this and realised it would be a mistake right now, I don't miss my S1 or X1 at all. Kev will always have first option should I revisit this momentary state of madness again. I think he loves the S2 more than I :yup:
