Hello All,

Welcome to the reluctant sale of my Buell :( . it’s been the object of my care and love for the last 4 years, but due to family commitments I’ll have to let her go (yes, it’s a she!!!). Please see below the notes that I believe best describes it:

•2007 Buell, UK bike. Current Location: Bournemouth, Dorset.
•2 owners from new, acquired from Lings Dealer, Ipswich, in June 2008 with 4K on the clock at the time.
•Services carried out by Harley Davidson (Guildford / Southampton), all receipt and invoices are present.
•Standard exhaust replaced for a Stainless Steel one about a year ago. I got it from a chap in Southampton who used to build them for Buells sold at Docks 20. It claimed to have increased the engine out put by 8-10hp. I noticed the bike being more responsive since and it sounds extremely good.
•Heated Grips, tank mask.
•Tall touring screen removed but will be included in the sale
•Full Tom Tom rider navigation system
•Sporty aluminium mirrors replaced the Mickey mouse factory ears she had as standard.
•2009 Ulysses model air intake gauge / cooling system upgrade.
•Full kit Stainless Steel engine bolts.
•New set of rear brake pads replaced a month ago.
•Pirelli Angel touring tyres fitted with plenty to life left in them as shown in the pictures.
•No faults whatsoever in the 4 years of ownership, bike rides as it should, lovely.
MOT runs in June, however bike can be provided with full new MOT and 6 months road tax at no extra cost

Price: £3,200

Any questions / comments always welcome. Please contact me through this forum. I've lots more other pictures that detail the bike specifics and can be provided if interested.
:D

Thats a very nice looking bike and considering the amount of extras on it someone is going to get a bargain. Shame to sell it really ...

And what a simple but fantastic idea ....... using a wheelie bin as a topbox .......think how many full face helmets you could fit in there :D

Thanks for the comments Ash, yeah.. I've been looking at the ones being advertaised on bike trader and taking the extras it seems that mine is being offered as bargain.... may reconsider the asking price... should have checked before though.. :headbang:

I am relatively new to the forum... do you know if any of the members is based in Dorset? Just wanted to check if any active Buellers get together for the weekends before I get rid of my lady?

BTW, bin as a top box can be a bit tricky in the sharp corners ... no for the very skilled though!!! :worthy:

You also have one of the best Buell technicians in the country on your doorstep at Moorespeed. As above, there is a large Southern posse here, we also meet up once a month for a pub eve, banter and general piss take. You will find Buell owners a very friendly and sociable bunch who dont take themselves seriously at all lOl :D

Yeap, I've met the guy at morespeed.. very nice chap... he's got a photo hand to hand with Eric Buell!!!! a legend.. through him I found the other chap who customized the SS exhaust for my Buell...

I've realized after posting the question that some of you are fairly local (Southampton / Porstmouth)... let me know if you are organizing something for this coming weekend... if weather allows it could be interesting to meet up!!!!
