Offers invited for my - XB12Ss Lightning Long - 07 model on 08 plate Valencia Orange - 9500 miles - MOT to 03/13 - Tax to 08/12. The crinkle finish is flaking from the rear pulley but the rest of the bike is in very good condition. High quality photos taken last week can be closely inspected at http://www.flickr.com/photos/foxbile/se ... 363389482/ Oxford H-D, the supplying dealer, did the 1st service in July 08 and Guildford H-D did the 10k service EXCEPT fork oil in Nov 11, at just over 9k. I asked them not to do the fork oil as I didn't see my riding style justified the cost attached to just this one service item. The 5k service and additional oil and filter changes were all my own work. The bike is offered EITHER with the Drummer SS muffler fitted (as pictured) and with the stock can and chin spoiler (not pictured) as hand luggage, OR with the stock items reinstalled on the bike and the Drummer SS excluded from the sale. The Drummer is not offered for sale without the bike at this time. If you are interested in buying this XB, please PM your *best* offer in the first instance and make clear whether your offer includes for the Drummer. NOTE - I don’t haggle in the traditional sense. I’m not going to give anyone a target “figure in mind” to beat me down from so you needn’t ask. If you want the bike, just offer what your highest comfortable bid for it would have been in an open auction. Low bids will be considered as just that and not as starting points for negotiation. I am local to Box Hill, Surrey, so a meet there could easily be arranged to view the bike in the metal if an acceptable offer was made beforehand. |
