Dry stored for over 40 years ...............bought it when they cut our hours down at work about 20 years ago only for them to double the hours a week after lOl ......then got back into bikes so spare time nowadays is spent out on the bikes so car will never get done lOl
Garage space would be far better for me as a bike workshop so need to get it sold .............cost me £2000 20 years ago so anybody seriously interested make me a sensible offer :D

That picture isn't of mine ;) mine needs restoring but is a fairly sound original car.

What's the registration number Kev? That could be worth selling separately.
I recently found out that if you sell a registration number, they have to replace it with an age related number . You can only do it once though, but it means that you can sell a cherished number plate, and potentially get another one back free!
Although whether a vehicle has to be MOT'd or not to sell its plate is another matter? :?

Thats right.....But I think they announced recently, that any car built before 1960 no longer has to have an MOT 8-) So Kev might be better off hanging onto this if this rule comes in.....But I expect to qualify, the vehicle in question has to have had a MOT history up until the day the regulation comes in, otherwise anyone with a heap and a good plate will be making mints.....You know what the ruling elite are like, about allowing us peasants to come by some useful cash

But a crying shame to separate a historic vehicle from its original number, just for the sake of a few hundred... it does affect the value of the whole and that thankfully keeps all but the most mercenary from doing it. :yup:
