Hi all Due mainly to financial issues, my 2002 X1 is up for sale. - 17.5k miles, in white on a 52 plate - Polished swingarm - Forcewinder filter (breather re-routed to catch bottle) - US rear pulley and US speedo, only needs 27t front for full US gearing - Race map on ECU - New belt fitted 2k ago - Tax til Sept (negotiable) - MOT til May 2010 The piccies were taken about 1500 miles ago, I've since junked that pipe and refitted a standard exhaust which is pretty much as new. ![]() Service stuff: - Didn't get loads of service history with the bike so over winter it got the full 10k service (by moi), and has been checked over by Maz on a few occasions. - 1500 miles ago it had new head bearings, front wheel bearings, swingarm bearings, later model primary gasket and rocker cover gaskets fitted, oil/filter & tranny oil change, new plugs, primary chain tension set, brakes overhauled, TPS reset and the race map loaded up. - New ignition barrel fitted because the original blew, which is a common failure apparently. - Has both the sidestand switch and clutch switch removed on Maz's recommendation - Has Avon Storm STs fitted, plenty of life in rear, front was fitted 1500 miles ago There you go. It's a tidy bike that now handles better than any bike I've owned before, and which I have spent around £1k over winter getting it how I wanted it. I'm gutted that it has to go, but hopefully I will be back with another when my company gets itself back on track. Please PM me with any questions, or if you want a second opinion on the bike I'm sure ![]() Edited: Price now £3500 before it goes on the 'bay. Can negotiate on the forcewinder and US gearing if needed. Cheers |

Thanks for that DavE... Despite needing the cash I wouldn't let it go for anywhere near that, I'd just keep it and flog the car instead... I love this bike too much and it's gutting enough as it is. |
