Never understood the concept of a drill jig bush being made of bronze. :?
All the jigs I've ever made and used call up hardened drill bushes (that's how WDS Tooling got going) for longevity and accuracy.
If you are going to use a pistol drill and do the job in-situ, with such a short, soft bush, you need to be pretty good at keeping the drill on axis. Also, any (steel) swarf has to exit via the (bronze) bush, which will in itself cause wear.
Maybe OK for a one hit wonder, but rather you than me.
