Well I have been offered an insulting amount by a well known Harley dealer. So I'd be up for any offers over £5200. It's obviously in new condition, and I'll throw in the K&N filter as i can't be arsed taking it off again.

If anyone is interested I also have the Free Spirits Oval exhaust, FS tensioner, FS TFI unit for sale as well.

I fitted the Exhaust and was about to fit the rest of the stuff when it the arthritis flared up again, and I decided to just call it a day with 2 wheels.

Been riding for 32years, and had a great time, but things are difficult enough wiithout worrying about lumps of metal lying idle in the garage.

Spooky - I have one of these, same year, different colour (s) and I'm also having arthritis problems in my right hand which is making me think about selling mine!

Started out with third finger on right hand but just beginning to creep into little finger on left hand as well

Not too bad most days & doesn't seem to flare up when I ride my 'commuter' BMW but the XB12SS seems to cause more of an issue - must be those funky vibes coming through the bars, lol.

It's not yet a major issue for me but if the bike is going to cause any additional problems then I'll have to let it go.

Anyway - best of luck with the sale, great bike!

Is it Rheumatoid Arthritis?
I got Rheumatoid Arthritis just before my 30th Birthday and had just bought a brand new Honda hornet and decided to sell it as I couldn't pull the clutch in so couldn't ride it.
By the next year I was doing a lot better what with the meds etc and ended up buying another second hand Hornet.
Wish I hadn't sold the new one but then you never know what the future holds.
I thought what's the point in a new bike lying in the garage gathering dust.
Try and get the Arthritis under control and see what happens.
I had some problems at times with the XB but fitted a Free Spirits clutch which helped a lot.

I suppose it all depends on where you have the bother.
It would be a shame to sell though.

Psoriatic Arthritis. I've had it for years now. Medication is not really working anymore. Next stage up is methotrexate, and that is a whole life change thing.
I didn't get any good offers for either of my bikes, so I'm stuck with them at the moment.

Hopefully sunny days will help, still keen mentally, but sometimes so wiped out with it (a common problem with PA) that I have no energy to even pull the bike out of the garage.

Not heard of that although I've got a feeling that's what is wrong with my Brothers Wife.
I have been on methotrexate but had to come off it as I was getting bad side effects mostly really bad mouth ulcers.
I wasn't told by the doctor that put me on it but was told by another doctor that it is like chemo in a tablet and really heavy duty.
