Theres a rather funny but rather good owners review of the Hinckley bonnie here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsKFsce5phw

They are rather pretty in a 'twee' sort of way though I never noticed that godawful rear engine bracket until he mentioned it.....now it's all my eye is drawn to when you see pictures of them...

I was out for a wee blast down to Moffat (I waved to Norrie's place as I passed) with my pal on his Bonnie SE that we just put the forks back on. It's a lovely little bike, lively and pretty, but didn't have the queue of enquirers (I kid you not, a proper queue!) that my Spyder got! Funnily enough it was a bit like being back on the M2, only more so - the it was just the bikers that asked about the Buell. Now I get them plus everyone from pre-school children to octogenarians asking from the obvious to the downright technical.

Mate, I know that feeling all too well. I suspect most of us buy stuff with our heart rather than our head and once something clicks that turns your fancy towards something nothing but nothing will satisfy the itch other than getting one.

Best of luck in the search. Hope you find a good un and it's everything you want it to be.

(Still think yer feckin' mad getting rid of that lil' beauty for one though! :ner: )
