Just testing the water... think my 650 TA may be up for sale.

The basics:
MOT'd until December 2015.
Mileage is 16,247 miles (Service book, invoices and MOTs tally with this).
4 previous owners.
I have the V5C in my name at my home address.
UK bike

Good points:
Low mileage and rides as expected.
Fitted with a Fuel end can and a genuine Honda top box.
New front tyre and plenty of tread on the rear.
Comes with original main and second keys plus two keys for the topbox.
Rims look corrosion free - no loose spokes.
Honda main dealer service history until 7669 miles then a local bike shop has serviced it.
Serviced just before I picked it up a couple of hundred miles ago.
All the wiring looks original.
All in all - a tidy bike (in my humble opinion), but we are not getting on with each other!

Bad points:
One of the side panels has quite a scratch on it and the plastic is a bit broken around one of the mounting lugs.
Front forks really need a good clean up.
One of the rear indicators has a deep scratch (I have a new Honda replacement - just haven't had time to fit it)
There is a small patch of superficial surface rust on the tank where the seat meets it (5 mins with sandpaper/Kurust/rubbing tape should fix it - see under "Haven't had time")

Reason for sale:
Even with the new Honda Low Seat on it - I'm still finding it a bit tall as I return to riding.

It looks a tidy enough bike and your description comes across as one of the most honest "for sale" ads I've seen in a while.

Its not for me as I simply don't have the space (unless you throw in Jodrell Bank so I can park it under the dish) but good luck with the sale.

I try to be as honest as I can with stuff I sell on forums or FleaBay.

1 - because (hopefully!) I'm honest and..

2 - I don't want any comeback with "you never said it had a tiny scratch on the left hand fairing, I want £200 of it" kinda cr*p!
