I'm a long time lurker on here, I've not posted before because I've never really had anything interesting to say

I realise it's a bit cheeky but Alison has kindly agreed to me posting my bike for sale on here which is an 08 XB12XT. It's got 13000 on the clock and was serviced and MOT'd in December. It's been a lovely bike and only ever had 3 problems. 1) was a broken drive belt at 10000 miles and 2)Was in the last few weeks which was a problem with the charging system which turned out to be a dodgy connector in the headlights, all solved now and she's running lovely! 3) Was idling a little rough which was solved by cleaning the throttle body and a tps reset. Other than that she's never missed a beat.

My reason for sale is mainly that I'm just not getting enough use out of it, broken bones and work commitments meant it hardly got ridden for most of last year (it was never left stood for too long, I had a mate take it out every once in a while). I also need a bike for commuting and sadly this isn't it.

I'm based in Somerset and willing to entertain sensible offers (or be entertained by silly ones) by PM. I'll be putting it on ebay in a week or so but thought I'd offer it on here first.

Sorry about the quality of the pics, I'll update when I've got a new camera. You may notice that some paint has peeled around the Remus label on the exhaust.

That remus looks quite a bit different to my one are they radically different for the smaller headers?
