Up for sale is my baby - 2007 Buell XB12 STT - $5000obo (not including shipping/delivery)
Bought it almost 3 years ago with hardly any miles as original owner had back problems and couldn't ride.
The bike is in excellent condition, starts first try every time, never any issues a wrench or screwdriver couldn't fix. Clean & clear title in hand, have owners manual and tune up paper work. Oil change every 2500 miles and start of new season.
Miles will go up some as I still ride to work when weather permits.

Looking to get into a safer hobby as things are getting more serious with the lady. Not in a rush to sell, but willing to work with price to get it into someone's hands who will show it the same affection I do.
