Here we go, deep breath, and I am now braced for the volley of usual responses with regards to personalised plates on this forum, but please do me the honour of reading the whole post before vilifying me
Registration B9 UEL, currently on my Uly, soon to be transferred off onto retention certificate.
I fully realise that a number of well respected and prolific posters on the forum do not see the point of and will always criticise any post of this type.
It might be though that someone with a Buell or Buells will see this post, think that's a nice idea and I quite fancy that plate for my own bike.
That was exactly what I did when Yoffi (RIP) advertised this plate on here many years ago. It has now graced three different Buells that I have owned, an XB12R, S1W and now an XB12X.
I now need a cash injection to get my rotary Norton up and running again, hence the post.
I can sell the plate through one of the many online sites out there, but I wanted to give UKBEG'ers 'first dibs'
I am looking for £550, and if sold through the forum will donate 10% to the site.
