Thinking about selling my 2009 XB12SS Long. Less than three thousand miles.

New Oil, filter, belt, tyres, wheel bearings, brake fluid, around April 2017, but that was at 2000 miles.
New Motobatt battery Sept 2021
Free spirits tensioner
Grease nipple mod
carbon tank cover, sprocket cover, front mudguard and hugger. I don't have the original parts.
hidden rear brake caliper
billet type levers
Quality exhaust, but I don't know what make.
Diesel Moto tail tidy
MOT until 25/02/22, but I could get a new MOT.
Will be supplied with oil, filter and brake fluid for next service. I also have the old belt and a 'performance' air filter kit (used).
Just been out on it and runs perfectly.

Bad bits:
Stain on left side of frame where I spilt petrol down it
Right hand air scoop has a crack
Small chip on front wheel

Would £6000 be about right?
