i am working on a new silencer/silencers now, when i get time anyway. but i am trying to equal the headers out so that would rule out the original shape silencer, also trying to cut down the amount of welds, its not all that easy trying to build something that looks half decent and is not too loud and give an increase in power, my plan is to build a few variations and then hopefully speak to tubbs and book some time on the dyno , but yeah not a bad idea, if anyone has any hydroforming tooling let me know |

Tips delivered today, for some reason my top outlet pipe is a fair bit wider than the lower one ! Took me about an hour grinding the inside of one tip with a dremmelly thing before I could get it on the pipe (still very tight) The lower fitted nice with no easing. Now they are fitted I am very pleased In my opinion it now looks like it should have from new, plus not blowing straight on the rear disc. |

got mine today. fitting will depend on my snotty nose letting me out in the garage for a while well been out there and fitted them. no problem with the size/diameter, but the clip for the brake hose made it awkward until i compressed the suspension with a tie down strap over the seat. tis perfick now. thank Alan |

yeah there seems to be a slight issue with the original tailpipe sizes. i swage every pair up to a go/no go gauge and also try them on my silencer. most people are saying they fit easily, but a few are having a slight issues, still if there was any prob i would resize them anyway, foc. |
