I myself thought they had drilled in wrong place. But when i came to fit it. I drilled out the 2 rivets at 9 and 3 and removed first cover. Then underneath were the 2 screws at about 11 and 5 holding another plate one in which this replaces with the fixing ring and new screws  Dont know how these would fit on tubers to be fare.

To be honest I don't know why you have to display a tax disc now as they can check on the computer anyway. In fact these ANPR cameras check as you drive/ride past. |
