Hi All, I am selling my 'baby Kat' as we have moved house and don't have space for this and the Buell so it's sat "in the way" in my parents garage. I bought this back in October '08 with the intention of having it as my first bike after completing my DAS, however the week after I had passed I was lucky enough to be able to go out and buy the bike I REALLY wanted, a new Buell xb12s As such this little beauty has only been taken out on dry days just to keep things turning and I have only clocked up around 400 miles in just under 2 years, other than that, up until now it has been stored in my garage and kept alive on an optimiser. I have fitted a new battery, changed the oil, filter and plugs and fitted a new throttle cable, she starts on the button and runs really well. The current indicated mileage is 13147 (approx) and the guy I bought it from claimed it was genuine - in all honesty I would think it is more likely 113147 unless it had only covered 3114miles upto '98 which is the furthest back the MOT cert's I have got!? It is a tidy bike for it's age, kept in it's original 80's factory colour scheme, the original seat is rip free and all shocks are in good working order as are all of the electrics, tyres are ok tread wise but am unsure of their age so should probably be changed for peace of mind if you are going to be using it alot. Just put 6 months tax on it. Expires Jan' '11 Just flew through MOT. Expires August '11 Original indicators included 4 into 1 harris exhaust, sounds good (for an inline 4 ) Original bill of sale/service book (unstamped) Original owners manual MOT's only going back to '98 unfortunatley. Reason for sale = no space . Looking for £900.00 ovno Cheers, Steve - 07795 621451 anytime (within reason - obviously) or email: steveLH66@hotmail.com Currently located nr Witney just west of Oxford (OX29) Pictures to follow...... |

I had one many, many years ago. The shaft drive was much better than any Guzzi or BM I've owned |

Oh, indeed - but she seems to be able to embarrass herself entirely without Dad's help these days - this is her current facebook profile pic ... How on earth she found her way onto a Crimewatch line-up I'll never know.... but this one shows she inherited the Digger sense of humour ... |
