My old mate Arthur at Rockerbox in Wrecclesham has got a '96 1200 Sportster for sale.
The bike is in bits, but he had the crank balanced and that's in the cases. He has new Axtel ported heads, new Axtel barrels, a new Mikuni carb, new Axtel cams and a selection of tank/ seat combinations to go with the rolling chassis. He's got all the old bits as well.
As he spends his weekends trialling his rigid/ girder trials bike with his kids, he has no time to put this together.
He has the V5 etc. and wants £2k for the lot. Seemed cheap to me.
