Beef wrote: Who made that poster-it's wrong Great product knowledge, Beef. S1W Lightning Strike is correct. Titanium frame for Billet Metallic and Black is correct but Molten Orange and White came with Nuclear Blue frame and wheels (apart from the ones which had PM wheels). What a pair of train spotters we are Steve |

What a pair of train spotters we are Choo Choo Attachment: Interestingly, the Buell 1998 catalogue says the "Nuclear Blue finish" is "Standard with Molten Orange body. Not available with any other colours", however that is for an S1 rather than S1W (manta ray tank)... Was the Lightning Strike (S1W) not a special order (parts bin special) available in a combination of 4 different coloured frames (White, Black, Titanium and Nuclear Blue) and 4 different colours of bodywork? |

No, Pash, they were just as per my post above. Only Titanium or Nuclear Blue with the Lightning Strike. Of course there was also the S1W White Lightning prior to that which, as any fool knows, is distinguished by it's white frame and wheels regardless of the colour some philistine owner has chosen to paint the bodywork Steve |
