Nice!! Big fan of the NC35. Rebuilt my NC30 a couple of years ago. Totally new to Buells though. Have fancied one for years but never got round to buying one.Any advice warmly received!
Rebuilt an NC30 few years ago, I'm only 5'8" but found it crippling to ride on a 6 mile commute in 30-40 limits.
Great fun when I could open it up though.
I wanted a Ducati as a fortieth present but coudn't get on with them, besides I'd either not ride it for fear of de-valuing it or ruin it - where's the fun in a garage ornament?
The XB I bought is fantastic, it gets used daily and at any opportunity, it's comfy, quick enough, handles amazing and makes a great noise.
Nothing like a revvy jap four, just select a gear - any gear and scythe through the urban chaos
Never had a bike that's this much fun - Buy one if you get the chance.
The only downside I can think of is filtering sub 20mph and needing to feather the clutch - but at least you can take this opportunity to blip the throttle and watch all the cagers dive towards the kerb
