Can’t quite make out the part no. or manufacturing date.
But may be 2016 L0501.4A8
I’ve seen that part no. from 2008 to 2017

Original no., which could fail was L0501.02A8
Upgrade was L1501.02A8 which may be worth buying used?
This is the no. in 2009 parts book.
