Well what can I say...
Jules`s brother was talking to her on the phone at 6pm last night then at 8pm she tried again to no avail. Got a friend to take keys to concierge in block in Westminster to find him just sat in chair passed away.
Just like that.
He was the inventor of a deep tow which discovered the mid atlantic faults , he was instrumental in sat nav and god knows what else. Had a black box on his window ledge 25 yrs ago and I had his stuff in a car driving down to wales with reciever on back window and him giggling in the back saying where we were going.
We have lost a person who has helped you all in a lot of ways .
His sister is distraught .
Love you all .xx

If this sounds like you , get a fucking grip on yourself.
Typical bloke leaving health matters to just get worse.
Could have been dealt with and still been here.

That’s very sad to read - sounds like he was one hell of a guy. Condolences on your loss.

Yep, that's me and I haven't seen a doctor or dentist in over 45 years.
Maybe he didn't want to be here anymore ?

He was a frightened little boy, all alone , as he wanted . Found NHS pamphlet for alcoholism and mental health in his flat. Offered him to live in our annexe , but wasn`t London enough.
Now comes the "I should have been more forcefull" from his sister .

Re: Sudden death
We are all terminally ill from the moment that first cell divides in our mothers womb...I always figured that in order to die you have to be alive in the first place. Lots of peeps just survive on a daily basis with no real joy in their lives and as they get older, health and financial issues kick in, with no foreseeable future ahead of them they just go into self destruct mode.

Re: Sudden death
Those pamphlets, along with the bowl cancer test kit the NHS decided to send me all go straight in the bin.
