 Post subject: XB header removal

And as far as I can tell, the swing arm was dropped and fan removed, only to remove the o2 sensor, as he accessed the header bolts from under the frame, not utilising the space created from removing the fan.

Is this really the only way of removing the o2 sensor? It looks like the o2 sensor could be undone from under the frame too, and if so, why drop the swingers?

I need to replace my headers, but have no engine hoist or garage rafters to hang my bike from.

Rotate the engine out of the frame......easy peasy IMO.

I've searched for "rotate engine" on the forum and can't fone an actual thread with that in the title. :oooops:

Headers removed, both wheels on the floor, no rotation, no hanging from the rafters, only thing I can say is, these XB's make a hell of alot of bits, and patience is something you need bucket loads of.
