Dear Pash, Followed your instructions - and it all went like a dream! My only comment is that where you say "Do not use a washer behind the head of the torx bolt" in; 8. Fit pulley wheel to Free Spirits fork with above washer used as spacer on the outer or right side of the pulley wheel. Do not use a washer behind the head of the torx bolt It may be better to leave out both the original washers on the spindle bolt to ensure that there is enough 'bite' on the plastic insert in the locking nut. Other than that - the instructions are perfect. Saus |

Reason the washer is left under the nut is to stop the nut gauling the anodising (will lead to corrosion) on your shiney new tensioner IMO, there's plenty of purchase on the nylock......also note how close the nut is to the oil feed line ! |

Offer up front sprocket cover and note fouling between cover and tensioner 23. Using a Stanley knife, cut back the fouling surface to fit. Great guide, ill be fitting mine tomorow, you might just want to change that ^^^^ though, think you mean repeat steps 22 to 23 untill no fouling occurs. |

When talking to Tubbs he recommended torquing rear wheel spindle to 40 ft/lbs then undo 1/4 turn, recons he never had a rear wheel bearing fail with this as the spacer doesn't get crushed. |
