Took her off the trailer last night, fired up that mill, then rode down the chippy and gave the cod a good battering!
I knew when I 1st rode this bike way back in 97, it was the one for me.
My true love (along with the wife) has always been REAL motorcycling and this is IT.

Well, being honest I wanted black,though
I think this rather catching with the blue.
I have the original bill of sale for over £11k!
Included a stage 1 tune and other stuff inc borla exh, thought they were for cars?
Anyway it's running a white bros now, but just noticed it's fouling the suspension - so I've already starting the spannering!!

The molten orange is cuell colour. I have a black S1, which is obvuiously better.

The ATS shock is a improvement. You would be wise to follow the advice coming from Maz and Tubbs. They are invariably correct.

Colour is secondary when searching a good 'un.
Yep black is beautiful, but you know what?
Orange is really brightening my life

So far I've spent more time spannering than riding! (well, you should know your machine intimately)
It's a Showa Fully encased shock that's fitted. I Just set pre-load to max and altered the comp & rebound Sets. The bike was like a loud marshmellow when I got it, now it's sort of toasted!
I have sooooooo many questions to ask, like where to buy fork seals for a realistic price?
I've yet to meet Maz and Tubbs, hope to be here again soon and pose loads of questions.
